I have purchased a lake front tear down. i am going to tear down structure and rebuild a new home. Home with have a build able potential footprint of 100' x 50', and sits on a lot that is 190x80 roughly.
My plan is to have a full basement , plus two additional above ground floors. max footage will be 15000, less open air living space in first two floors. So perhaps - actual living area in first two floors will be 5500 - 8000 square feet. In that space i need to make a large master with office, bathroom , fireplace, etc? five other bed rooms, five other bathrooms, two living rooms, kitchen, laundry room, et? I will also want a roof deck, a four car garage, and a couple of other items.
additionally the basement will include a steam room, a sauna , possibly an indoor pool, storage for kayaks , boats , etc?. and a gym.

The entire front on first three floors will be fold away glass walls.

The flooring will be french oak planks and natural stone, carpet in some bedrooms.

okay - that is a start. funding in place. would also like to put a bit of "green " effort into design. and materials.
